This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made through https://dramadash.app. A short drama web application operated by VLMedia ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). It describes your rights and obligations with respect to tokens, cancellations, and refunds. By completing a purchase within or through DramaDash, you agree to this Policy in its entirety.
This Policy supplements our Terms of Service. Where both documents address the same matter, the more specific provision applies.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all web users of DramaDash. This Policy applies to purchases made through the DramaDash web platform.
2. Tokens
2.1 Tokens
DramaDash may offer one-time consumable tokens or similar virtual items that are added to your account after purchase and may be consumed when used to access eligible features, content, or functionality within the web application. These tokens have no real-world monetary value, do not constitute stored value or property, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, sold, or used outside DramaDash. Tokens are licensed, not sold, to you.
Purchases of tokens are generally final and non-refundable once the tokens have been delivered to your account or used, except where required by applicable law. Any unused token balance may be forfeited without compensation in the event of account suspension, termination, or deletion, subject to applicable law.
If you believe a token purchase was made in error and the tokens have not been used, please contact us as soon as possible at the address in Section 8. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis, but we cannot guarantee a refund once the tokens have been delivered, used, or made available to your account.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Rule
All purchases are final. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law. We do not provide refunds for used tokens, unused tokens or partially used token balances, accidental purchases discovered after the token has been redeemed, or dissatisfaction with the Service where the Service performs as described.
3.2 Web Purchases
For qualifying purchases made through our web platform, refund requests may be submitted to us directly. To request a refund, contact our support team within the applicable timeframe and include your registered account username, user ID, email address, the date and approximate value of the transaction, the reason for your refund request, and any supporting documentation such as a payment confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be completed may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We may not refund if the tokens have been redeemed or used.
3.3 Statutory Refund Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any right you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have the right to withdraw from a contract for digital content or services within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. This right does not apply if you expressly requested immediate access to the digital content or service before the cancellation period expired and acknowledged at the time of purchase that your right of withdrawal would thereby be lost. Where the right applies and has not been waived, you may request a full refund by contacting us within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Where applicable, you will be asked to provide this consent at the time of purchase.
If you are located in Australia, you may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law where our services have a major failure. This Policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any such rights.
If you are located in another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws governing digital goods and services, those laws apply to the extent they cannot be lawfully excluded. Please contact us if you believe you have a statutory right to a refund.
4. Third-Party Payment Providers — Web Only
Third-party payment processing is available exclusively to users who purchase tokens or other products through our web platform at https://dramadash.app.
4.1 How Web Payments Are Processed
When you make a purchase on our web platform, your payment is processed securely by our third-party payment partner. The Company does not store your full payment card details. By completing a web purchase, you additionally agree to the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy of the relevant payment provider, which will be presented to you at checkout.
4.2 Refunds for Web Purchases
Refund requests for web purchases are handled by the Company directly, as described in Section 3.2. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4.3 Currencies and Taxes
Prices displayed on the web platform are quoted in the currency applicable to your location. The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect changes in applicable taxes, duties, or exchange rates. Any applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or local sales taxes, will be displayed by the payment service provider before you confirm your purchase.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may take appropriate action, including suspending access to the disputed transaction, related benefits, tokens, or account features while the dispute is being reviewed. We reserve the right to take further action, including account suspension or termination, in cases of fraudulent, abusive, or repeated chargeback activity, subject to applicable law.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved promptly through our support team.
6. Effect of Account Termination
If your account is terminated, whether by you or by us, any unredeemed consumable items or virtual currency associated with your account will be permanently lost. If your account is terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or third-party payment arrangements. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and notify you via in-app notification, email, or a notice on our website as appropriate. Your continued use of DramaDash after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
